Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed for shipping during operating hours. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays. All orders processed after 3:00 PM are shipped on the next business day. All orders placed outside of our regular operating hours will be shipped the next business day. All standard orders are insured and shipped by GROUND. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Most items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. However custom orders that require sizing or special orders may require additional time. Once you receive email confirmation of your shipment, you can track your order directly from our web site by clicking on “order tracking”.

RETURN POLICY

We at Nola Hook Bracelets, want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your bracelet in its original condition, no reasons required, for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receipt.

We’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for bracelets purchased from Nola Hook Bracelets online. Only items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged or replaced for duplicate items. Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days after delivery which are in unsaleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

REFUNDS

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
